Managing Director


Peter “Wacker” Dutton has successfully delivered some of the world’s biggest events, including sporting fixtures, conferences, festivals, music gigs, and car launches, showcasing his expertise in event management. 


Career highlights include the World Cup in Qatar, Creamfields and Glastonbury Festivals, Eurovision, the Battle of the Baddest – Tyson Fury Fight, and MDL Beast Soundstorm in Saudi Arabia. 


Known for his strong work ethic, trusted crews, and hands-on leadership, Wacker ensures that every project in event planning is executed with precision and energy, making each live event memorable.

Operations Manager


Natalie is an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for delivering seamless, high-impact events from concept to completion. With a strong background in event logistics, team coordination, supplier management, and client relations, she thrives in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and flawless execution are essential.


Known for her organised approach and calm leadership style, Natalie has successfully managed a wide range of corporate events, private functions, and large-scale productions. She is dedicated to creating memorable experiences while ensuring every operational detail runs smoothly behind the scenes.


Scott

Crew Manager


Scott is an experienced Crew Manager working across the international events industry, delivering world-class staffing and operational support for live events, tours, festivals, corporate productions, and large-scale entertainment projects. With a strong background in logistics, team leadership, and on-site coordination, he has built a reputation for keeping complex productions running smoothly under pressure.

Having worked across multiple countries and fast-paced environments, Scott specialises in managing diverse crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between production teams, suppliers, and venue operations. 

Dan

Crew Boss


Dan brings over 5 years of experience in event management, leading teams on some of the UK and Europe’s biggest live events. His event planning highlights include Glastonbury, Creamfields North & South, Parklife, The Open, Eurovision, and the UEFA Champions League.


Highly skilled and reliable, Dan is one of our top specialists for technical crew work — fully certified in working at heights, forklift, counterbalance, and scissor lift operations. He plays a key role in ensuring each site runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Ashleigh

Crew Boss


Ashleigh is a driving force behind some of the UK’s biggest live events, sporting spectacles, and broadcast productions. From BBC productions and the Eurovision Song Contest to landmark events including the D-Day 80th Anniversary commemorations, Glastonbury, Creamfields, Formula E London, the LFC Charity Auction, SailGP, and the Netball Super League — Ashleigh has built a reputation for delivering world-class experiences with confidence, creativity, and precision.


As the first woman to join the team, Ashleigh is proud to be helping pave the way for greater representation across the industry. Her journey is proof that live production has space for talented, ambitious women who want to make their mark. 


Through hard work, leadership, and passion for the craft, she hopes to inspire more women to step into the industry, break barriers, and be part of shaping the future of live events and broadcasting.

Liam

Crew Chief


Liam has played a key role in delivering some of the world’s most iconic live events and productions. With experience spanning global sporting events, international festivals, luxury brand launches, and major broadcast productions, he has built a reputation for delivering high-pressure projects with precision, professionalism, and creativity.


His portfolio includes the FIFA World Cup Qatar, Sportel Cannes, Glastonbury, Creamfields, Formula E, Eurovision, the Rolls-Royce Spectre launch, and the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations in Windsor. From fast-paced live environments to globally recognised productions, Liam brings a calm, solutions-focused approach and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences at every level.



Tyler

Crew Chief


Tyler is an experienced Crew Chief with a proven track record delivering world-class live events, international broadcasts, and large-scale productions. Over the years, he has played a key role in the successful delivery of major events including the 75th Anniversary of D-Day commemorations, Glastonbury Festival, Soccer Aid, Creamfields, and the BMW Open.


Known for his calm leadership, technical expertise, and ability to manage crews in high-pressure environments, Tyler has built a reputation for ensuring productions run safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. His experience spans live entertainment, sport, music festivals, and broadcast operations, working alongside production teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver seamless event execution.


With a hands-on approach and strong communication skills, Tyler thrives in fast-paced environments where teamwork, precision, and adaptability are essential.





Craig

Crew Chief


Craig is an experienced Crew Chief with years of hands-on expertise across some of the world’s most prestigious live events, international exhibitions, and large-scale broadcast productions. Throughout his career, he has worked on globally recognised projects including the Qatar World Handball Championship, Dubai Airshow, Canon Expo Paris, Paris Motor Show, the Commonwealth Games, The Grand Tour, Creamfields, Sonisphere Festival, and the Centenary Battle of the Somme commemorations.


With extensive experience operating in demanding, high-pressure environments, Craig has developed a strong reputation for reliability, technical knowledge, and delivering seamless event operations. His background spans live sport, entertainment, automotive showcases, international expos, music festivals, and major ceremonial events, giving him a versatile and adaptable approach to crew leadership.


Craig combines practical industry experience with a proactive leadership style, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering productions to the highest standard.
