Managing Director

Peter “Wacker” Dutton  has delivered some of the world’s biggest events, from sporting fixtures and conferences to festivals, music gigs, and car launches. Career highlights include World Cup – Qatar, Creamfields & Glastonbury Festivals, Eurovision, Battle of the Baddest – Tyson Fury Fight and MDL Beast Soundstorm (Saudi Arabia). Known for his strong work ethic, trusted crews, and hands-on leadership, Wacker ensures every project is run with precision and energy.

 Operations & Finance Manager

With 3 years of experience in the event industry and a background in finance, I manage everything from recruitment to operational and logistical planning. I’ve worked on major events including Eurovision, The Open, BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend, Creamfields, Wireless Festival, and professional boxing events. My focus is on keeping things running smoothly, efficiently, and on budget.

 Crew Manager

With over 8 years of experience in the event industry, Scott is a skilled Crew Manager known for leading large teams on high-profile projects. His work includes major events such as Glastonbury, Eurovision, Creamfields, Premier League finals, international boxing matches, and a range of sporting events both in the UK and abroad.

Scott thrives under pressure and brings a calm, organised approach to every job. He’s especially passionate about supporting and training new crew members, helping them grow and succeed in the fast-paced world of live events.

Crew Boss 

Dan brings over 5 years of experience in the event industry, leading teams on some of the UK and Europe’s biggest productions. His event highlights include Glastonbury, Creamfields North & South, Parklife, The Open,  Eurovision, and the UEFA Champions League.

Highly skilled and reliable, Dan is one of our top specialists for technical crew work — fully certified in working at heights, forklift, counterbalance, and scissor lift operations. He plays a key role in ensuring each site runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Crew Chief 

With over 13 years in the event industry — including 2 years in Australia’s live event scene — Jay brings a wealth of experience to every project. He has worked on major productions such as Creamfields, The Rolling Stones, Elton John, and Beyoncé, consistently delivering at the highest level.

Jay is a certified forklift driver, working at heights specialist, and IPAF operator, making him a versatile and dependable asset on any site. As a Crew Chief, he’s known for confidently leading teams, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards across the board.

With 2 years of hands-on experience in the event industry, Jordan has quickly made his mark working on major events like BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend and Creamfields. A strong and confident climber, he's certified in working at heights and is known for his reliability on rigging and structure builds.

Jordan leads by example, regularly guiding new crew members on-site and helping them develop their skills as they move up through the ranks.
